VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Soaltee Hotel Limited, a pioneering public limited company in the hospitality sector and a listed entity on the stock exchange, is inviting applications for various positions for its operations and project activities. The company owns and operates The Soaltee Kathmandu, a luxury five-star hotel in Kathmandu, along with other hotels operated by its associate companies in Nepal. We are seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, result-oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious, and enthusiastic candidates for the following position:

Position:  Draft person – 1

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: A minimum qualification of Diploma in Architecture.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of work experience in drafting of Architectural & Interior Design. Candidates with experience in drafting of Hotel building will be given preference.

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

• Proficient in drafting architectural and interior design plans, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to create precise technical drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Competence in using drafting software and tools commonly used in architectural design.
• Familiarity with hotel building design and development processes.

Selection Process: The selection process will comprise a preliminary interview, presentation, practical test, and final interview as applicable. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
