Request for Proposal for consulting service for the design, development and installation of Disability Integrated Data Management Information System (DMIS)

The Resource Management and Rural Empowerment Centre (REMREC), in partnership with CBM Global, is promoting Community-Based Inclusive Development (CBID) to build resilient, equitable, and inclusive communities for all. REMREC has been implementing the CBID project "SAHAKARYA: Collective Actions for Inclusive Development" in Roshi Rural Municipality and Namobuddha Municipality, Kavrepalanchok District, since April 2024. The project aims to improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities by ensuring inclusive, accessible, and affordable services and programs in collaboration with local governments.

REMREC, a leading sub-national non-governmental organization, is seeking qualified Nepali nationals/firms to develop and establish a Disability Management Information System (DMIS) as per the detailed Terms of Reference (ToR).

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and installing data management software.
• Knowledge of disability-inclusive development approaches and disability rights.
• Strong coordination and facilitation skills, particularly in working with local governments.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills, including report writing.
• Ability to travel to remote areas of Kavrepalanchok District.
• At least three years of experience in developing and managing database-driven information systems.

1. Copy of Company/organization registration certificate and its renewable/update (Individual not required)
2. Copy of VAT /PAN registration certificate
3. Copy of tax clearance certificate of fiscal year 2080/81.
4. Letter of application
5. A comprehensive technical and financial proposal detailing methodology, timeline, and budget.
6. A complete CV highlighting relevant qualifications and experience of Key Personal.
