Data Entry Specialist
Vu Devi Services is a business process outsourcing company established in 2013. It has been working to serve its foreign clients in the field of medical report writing. The company currently has 44core staffs that includes a team of medical data processors, medical doctors, physiotherapists, nurse and pharmacists. Since most of our work is done on a real time to serve our overseas clients, out staffs normally works from home. We only have 5 days a week work schedule and most of our work is done online during night time (Nepali time). We encourage team work and value internationally accepted work principles.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in aggregating data from our clients' HubSpot CRM platforms and compiling recurring reports to support our client's sales and marketing insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collect, organize, and input data from various HubSpot instances into structured reports.
· Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness to ensure high-quality reports.
· Assist with preparing recurring and ad hoc data reports, summaries, and visualizations to support client needs.
· Collaborate with team members to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
· Maintain the confidentiality and security of client information.
· Troubleshoot data discrepancies and collaborate with team members to resolve them.
· Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
· Proficiency with data entry software and familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
· Basic understanding of data management principles and the ability to learn new software quickly.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
· Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Bachelor of Business Information Systems (BBIS), or a related field
·1+ years of digital marketing experience.
The job offer is for Night Work
Tenner: 2 years contract (contract will be provided only after successful completion of training)
Workdays: 5 days a week (full-time), 8 hours daily.
Apply Instructions
You must work from 7 pm to 10 pm every day for 5 days a week. The other 5 hours are flexible.
