Details / requirements:

Right now we are looking for a proactive Customer Support's Shift Senior to strengthen our CS team and make it better to deal with various interesting tasks so that to improve the performance of our team.


This position has remote start and after the probation period the relocation to Manila is a must.

After the relocation the salary multiplies by two times.


Job Responsibilities:


1. Leadership and team coordination:

  • The shift senior will be responsible for organizing the work of a team of specialists handling customer requests.
  • E.g. task delegation, monitoring task completion, motivating staff, and resolving any issues that arise.


2. Quality customer service:

  • The shift senior must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Also involves handling complaints and conflict situations, finding solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


3. Reporting:

  • Preparing reports on work done, efficiency, and the effectiveness of the support service is required.


Requirements:

  • Native fluency in written and spoken Hindi and strong proficiency in English.
  • Experience as Customer Support L2 (at least) or Customer support's Shift Senior is an advantage.
  • Client-oriented, empathic character.
  • Strong communication abilities; creative and results-oriented.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in customer support and confident PC-user experience.
