CONSULTING SERVICE 

For Digital Podcast on SRHR and Social media Promotion 

Background

Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) is one of the longest-serving INGOs in Nepal. It has been working in Nepal since 1964. With the belief that people are the best agents of sustainable change, VSO works through its Volunteering for Development Approach with volunteers (Local, National, and International) as central actors in its three priority areas of programming: 1. Resilient Livelihoods 2. Inclusive Education and 3. Global Health. Gender and Social Inclusion, Social Accountability, and Resilience are its cross-cutting priorities. So far, VSO has reached 72 out of 77 districts of Nepal. Currently, it is working in 20 districts and has its presence in all 7 provinces.

VSO would like to invite you to send technical and financial proposals for consultancy services for Podcast on SRHR issue for ACTIVE/GEMS project referring to the following details via sealed envelopes 22nd November 2024. 

Instructions to applicants:

Both firms/Individuals can apply who meet the below criteria can apply.

In order to be considered, proposals must:

• Be on your organization’s letterhead Or Cover Letter for Individual applicants with sign-off. 
• Contain both Technical and Financial proposals with the firms/individuals’ profiles, and area of expertise.
• VAT/PAN registration certificate.
• Company Registration Certificate (individuals not required), and
• Recent Tax Clearance Certificate FY 2080/81 or Tax clearance certificate FY 2079/80 with tax extension letter 2080/81 along with the proposals (Applies for both individual and company applicants). 
• Similar two past work experience documents (LPOs or contracts).
• Details of references to two past clients (the contact details of past clients should come from the firm/individuals that you have shared the past experiences from (contract/LPOs)).
• The interested vendor should submit the proposals VSO by 5:00 PM, Nepal time, 22nd November,2024. Proposals submitted after 5:00 PM on that date will not be considered. Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted in a separate wax-sealed envelope. Documents without wax seals will not be taken into consideration.

VSO shall not be bound to accept any proposal and will not be responsible for any loss or expense incurred by firms/individuals in the submission of their proposals. VSO reserves the right to accept all or part of an offer.
