NEEDS Nepal established in 1999, is a non-for-profit, Non-Government Organization, registered with the Government of Nepal. NEEDS Nepal, with technical support from Oxfam in Nepal, is implementing the Group Cash Transfer (GCT) project as part of the SCOP-R3 Project. The GCT project empowers crisis-affected and host communities to respond to emergencies and mobilize group funds effectively. These grassroots groups include village committees, women’s groups, youth groups, savings groups, and other community-based organizations.

NEEDS Nepal is looking for eligible service provider for the consultancy services:

Consultancy: “Orientation on financial and digital literacy training for group capacity enhancement in Financial and Basic Group Fund Mobilization skill."

Requirement:

The ideal individual or consultant firm for this consultancy service will have to meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years of experience working on Cash and Voucher Assistance, financial literacy and inclusion
• Thorough understanding of Group fund mobilization in context of Nepal
• Experience on undertaking similar assignment(s)
• Evidence of writing quality reports and manuals both in Nepali and English
• Experience of financial literacy training module development and facilitation
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and demonstrated skills on training facilitation
• Proven experience of mobile and web application development related to financial management
• Previous working experience with (I)NGOs
