Sirjanshil Sanstha Nepal (Creative Institute Nepal (CIN) is a women-led, feminist organization founded in 1998. With its central office located in Tilottama-7, Rupandehi, and a contact office in Tarakeshwor-5, Kathmandu, CIN focuses on supporting homeless children, adolescents, and women in Lumbini Province, particularly in the Rupandehi district. The organization works extensively in areas such as gender-based violence, child protection, environmental conservation, and economic empowerment. Additionally, CIN is actively involved in promoting women’s health and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Currently, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate in core position as following:

Position: Communication and Organizational Development Expert (CODE)

Location: Project Office, Tilottama-7, Dalka, Rupandehi

Type: Full-Time

Skills: Computer MS word, Excel, Power Points, SPSS, effective communication

Experience: 2-3 years' experience in relevant areas

Capacity: Coordination, Team Player, Proposal Writing, Report Writing, Communication both in Nepali and English Language (writing and speaking fluently)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Development

• Leading the mapping of stakeholders and donners.
• Leading the rapport building and coordination with stakeholders, government and donor agencies.
• Leading and developing of project proposals, that speak to the heart and mind, aligning with donor and stakeholder needs.
• Collaboration with teams to develop project roadmaps that drive social impact and align with organizational objectives.
• Bring creative, out-of-the-box solutions to the table for project development and implementation

2. Monitoring, Evaluation and Communication

• Development of monitoring, evaluation and communication mechanism
• Development of comprehensive report that showcase project progress, outcomes and impact.
• Leading the data management section

3. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (with preference master degree) in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Social Sciences, or Project Management)
• Proven experience in proposal development and report writing.
• Strong skills in project design and development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A creative thinker with a passion for making a difference.
