We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team for an exciting hospital building construction project in Diktel, Khotang. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale construction, with a strong focus on electrical and sanitary works, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction process of the hospital building, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical and sanitary work in line with engineering specifications.
• Prepare and review construction schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the safety and quality of work.
• Collaborate with other engineers, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage on-site construction teams and provide technical support when needed.
• Prepare running bills and variation orders when necessary.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and local people to avoid interruption in work.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years of professional experience in building construction (including electrical and sanitary work), OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 6+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Proven experience in managing or supervising construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and sanitary works in building construction.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on-site.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

This position requires the engineer to stay at the construction site throughout the project duration.
