General Requirements:

Interested in the Field of Construction Management. |

Fluency in English and command in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point Software. |
|
3. |
At least 1+ year non-internship professional Experience in Construction and/or Contract Management. |
|
4. |
Experience with English typescript. |
|
5. |
Clear Communicator and educator- ability to Communicate with team members. |
|
6. |
Leadership abilities to monitor and supervise a group of Employees. |
|
7. |
Interested to work in Nepal. |
|
8. |
Self-motivated and self-directed; Fast learner. |
|
9. |
Strong English Communication and documentation skills. |
|
10. |
Passion to team work and collaboration. |
Special Preferences:

11. |
Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera.
|
|
12.
|
Masters in Construction Management.
|
|
13.
|
Interested in Adjudication, Arbitration, Meditation, Litigation and Contract Management.
|
|
14.
|
Knowledge of Claim Preparation, Analysis and interpretation of contract, Extension of Time and Cost Price Adjustment (Price Escalation).
