Child Protection & Migration Program Manager

Tdh Nepal is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual for the position of Child Protection & Migration Program Manager to be based in Kathmandu, Nepal with frequent field travel.

General job description of the position:

The Child Protection and Migration Program Manager is responsible for the development and steering of the Migration program with integration of the Child Protection transversal expertise across our programs in Nepal.

This position holds the responsibility to develop and grow the Migration program at country level, ensuring Tdh’s global Migration and Child Protection strategies and program framework and tools are contextualized and adapted to the context of Nepal. They are responsible for and ensure high-quality project implementation as well as supporting in securing resources (financial and human) in Nepal to build the Migration and Child Protection Program. They also contribute to the steering of the programme through the implementation and monitoring of programmatic indicators linked to the Theory of Change of the global Migration program (which integrates Child Protection as a transversal expertise). They also represent Tdh migration and child protection work in Nepal in related forums and technical working groups.
