Chief Administrative Officer

Shine Education Services Pvt. Ltd. (SES) has been offering quality counseling in the field of “Study & Work in Japan” since its inception in 2015 through running ‘Study in Japan’ and ‘Work in Japan’ programs for students and skilled and semi-skilled workforce, respectively. Be it studying in Japan or working in Japan, SES guides interested candidates by providing a platform for the preparations and visa application procedures. 

Simply the best known for its extensive Japanese preparation classes and counseling, Shine Education Services is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to oversee its administrative functions and operational efficiency. This role demands strong leadership, know-how in setting up administrative systems and processes in an educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration:

  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the office, including logistics, procurement, and asset management, ensuring that all administrative processes are efficient and well organized.
  • Coordinate the administration of the language classes and skill preparation classes.
  • Manage human resources such as maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment processes.
  • Use of working knowledge and skills by guiding, when necessary, in financial planning, accounting operations, financial reporting, audit & compliance to support the management team.
  • Set up administrative processes, documents and reporting that ensure staff well-being and safety at workplaces and during work hours.
  • Assist in planning and organizing internal and external events, workshops, and meetings.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services and maintaining accurate records of and preparing reports of procurement/transactions.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, agreements, and renewals with suppliers and service providers, ensuring adherence to SES procurement policies.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration 
  • At least 2 years of experience in educational institutions
