Creative Creations and Media Pvt. Ltd. is seeking quotations from interested and qualified vendors for the development of a comprehensive procurement portal. The purpose of this portal is to establish a platform that connects buyers and suppliers, facilitating efficient procurement processes.

Project Details: The primary objective of this project is to design and develop a user-friendly, visually appealing, and secure online platform that caters to the needs of both buyers and suppliers.

The procurement portal should encompass various features, including but not limited to:

• User Registration: Users should be able to create accounts and access personalized profiles.
• Profile Creation: Users should have the ability to create and manage their profiles, providing relevant information about their organization.
• Document Upload: The portal should allow users to upload and share necessary documents such as contracts, invoices, and certificates.
• Procurement Listing: Buyers should be able to list their procurement requirements, specifying the necessary details.
• Bidding Forms: Suppliers should have the option to submit bids for listed procurements through the portal.
• Contract Management: The portal should facilitate contract management, enabling users to monitor and track the status of their contracts.
• Notifications: Users should receive timely notifications regarding important updates, new procurements, and bid statuses.

The project encompasses the development of a responsive website and a compatible mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring accessibility across various devices.

Submission Requirements: Interested vendors are requested to submit their quotations via email, clearly indicating "Quotation for Procurement Portal Development" in the subject line.

The submission should include the following information:

• Company Profile: Vendors should provide a detailed company profile highlighting their relevant experience in web and mobile application development.
• Proposed Approach and Methodology: Vendors should outline their proposed approach and methodology for the procurement portal development, emphasizing their understanding of the project requirements and their strategies for achieving them.
• Cost Breakdown: Vendors should provide a comprehensive cost breakdown, including a detailed breakdown of fees and expenses associated with the development and implementation of the procurement portal.
• Proposed Timeline: Vendors should propose a realistic timeline for the completion of the project, including key milestones and deliverables.
• References: Vendors should provide references from previous clients for similar projects, showcasing their track record and client satisfaction.

Submission Deadline: The deadline for submitting quotations is June 15, 2023, at 17:00. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Evaluation Criteria: The vendor selection process will be based on the following criteria:

Demonstrated Experience and Expertise: Vendors will be evaluated based on their demonstrated experience and expertise in web and mobile application development, specifically in the context of procurement portals.

Proposed Approach and Methodology: The quality and comprehensiveness of the proposed approach and methodology will be assessed to ensure alignment with the project objectives.

Cost-effectiveness and Value for Money: Vendors' quotations will be evaluated based on their cost-effectiveness and the value they provide in relation to the project requirements.

Proposed Timeline and Milestones: Vendors will be assessed on their proposed timeline and their ability to meet project milestones within the given timeframe.

Client References: Positive references from previous clients for similar projects will be considered as an indicator of the vendor's reliability and quality of work.
