Call for proposals from consulting firm/company to conduct a feasibility study for the project proposal “Enhanced education and economic empowerment in Gaumul and Khaptad Chhededaha Rural Municipalities of Bajura district”.

terre des hommes Germany (“tdh”) is an international children's rights organization that promotes equitable development without racial, religious, political, cultural, or gender-based discrimination since 1967. tdh is an independent non-governmental organization that promotes civic engagement and the participation of children and youths in all aspects of its work. tdh sees its mission in strengthening children and realizing children's rights for all children. The overall aim of the feasibility study is to investigate the project’s contextual environment and its opportunities and risks in order to point out concrete recommendations for improving the project proposal, including objectives, strategies, measures, and activities.

Interested consultancy firms/companies are requested to send their Technical and Financial Proposal along with the CVs of team members and following documents to info.tdhgnepal@gmail.com. The last date of the receipt of proposals along with required documents is on 18.01.2023. Proposals submitted after the last date/ incomplete proposals will be rejected. Only shortlisted firms/companies will be contacted for further selection process. 

Required documents:

1. A narrative proposal of no more than 3 pages, including relevant experience, planned methodology, timeline, and team members for feasibility study
2. Detailed financial proposal for feasibility study including fees, travel cost
3. Two Sample reports; published or unpublished reports approved by the respective clients focusing on the same sector
4. Firm/company registration documents
5. VAT registration documents
6. Firm/company profile
7. Tax clearance of fiscal year 2078/2079
