CALL FOR PROPOSAL TO CONDUCT PROJECT EVALUATION

United Mission to Nepal (UMN) has been serving the people of Nepal since 1954. UMN is implementing the Ending Violence for Equality (EVE) project in the Bungal Municipality of Bajhang district in partnership with the local NGO Dalit Help Society (DHS). This evaluation aims to identify practical and actionable learnings based on the experience of implementing the first phase interventions of the project. This evaluation will guide the direction and intervention of the second phase, mainly in terms of attitude, behavior, relationship, and policy change on harmful traditional practices in gender stereotypes in the project implemented area context.

All interested and experienced consulting firms/individuals who meet the requirements and qualifications are encouraged to apply. UMN has provisioned grant points to women-led evaluators for this assessment process. Terms of Reference (ToR) provides the details of the assessment and conditions, accessed at www.umn.org.np/tor-eve project evaluation. The application must be submitted to UMN by 20 October 2023.
