Call for Proposal: Assessment of IWT project activities


The project entitled “Breaking the illegal wildlife trade chain in Bagmati Province, Nepal” is based on three-year implementing period. It aims to curb illegal wildlife trade at Bagmati Province through systematic and periodic approach at both source and transit sites. At source sites, as output 1, integrated conservation strategies have been implemented to foster community-capacity for anti-poaching efforts, amidst improving the livelihood of local youths. At transits, as output 2 and 3, transportation sectors have been sensitized through Community Police Partnership Programme (CPP) initiatives and the capacity of security authorities has been strengthened along the route and border area of Bagmati Province for stringent law enforcement effectiveness, respectively.

WWF Nepal seeks the services of a consultant to evaluate mid-term results / progress / deliverables and assumptions of output 1 of the project, and to analyze the effectiveness of the champions’ programme interventions.

Interested VAT registered firms in Nepal are requested to submit technical and financial proposals providing a detail breakdown of total budget in Nepali Rupees, electronically to: proposals-wildlife@wwfnepal.org. Please mention the subject of the email as- “IWT Project Result Assessment Proposal Submission” and submit the proposal by  5 p.m. Nepal Standard Time, 22 January 2025.
