Call for Field Researchers (Enumerators) – Human Resource Roster

About Us:

Sharecast Data Initiative Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2019, is a leading research company in Nepal. Our primary focus is on media audience data, policy interventions through opinion polling and dissemination of data for public awareness. Currently, Sharecast is working on multiple projects including its flagship Nepal Media Survey.

Sharecast Data Initiative Pvt. Ltd. is seeking curious, diligent, and ethical individuals to join our Human Resource Roster for upcoming research projects. We are looking for the best field researchers—not just the most experienced ones—who are committed to high-quality data collection.

Position: Enumerator

Number of Positions: 50

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow survey protocols precisely.
• Proficiency in operating mobile/tablet-based survey software (training will be provided if needed).
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to different field environments.
• Fluency in Nepali and at least one regional language.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills—ability to build trust with respondents.
• Integrity and commitment to ethical data collection—we value honesty over experience.
• Basic proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, MS Word, and Excel (or willingness to learn).

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Some prior experience in data collection or surveys is helpful but not a strict requirement.
• Familiarity with research ethics and compliance (or willingness to learn).
