Call for Expression of Interest for the development of a pre-departure orientation manual for students.

ChildFund Japan Nepal Office (CFJNO) is a child-focused international development organization committed to promote the rights of children through international development cooperation in the spirit of harmonious coexistence.

ChildFund Japan Nepal Office is seeking interested and eligible external individual consultants or consulting firms in Nepal to provide their consultancy services in developing a pre-departure orientation manual targeted at students traveling to Japan.

The applications/proposals for both assignments must be written in English language and submitted through a single proposal/application. Interested Nepalese firms/organizations or individuals meeting the qualifications and requirements as described in the ToR can submit their EOI. Kindly review the ToR thoroughly and familiarize yourselves before applying. Prospective candidates are expected to have proven experience in manual development via various research methodologies. Preference will be given to those with such experience in the sector of education, youth and migration. 

Please submit your EOI and required documents electronically to info@childfund.org.np. The proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Any proposal that does not meet the requirements will not be entertained. A proposal that meets the requirements and offers the best value for money will be selected.

All rights are reserved with CFJ either to approve or disapprove any proposal without giving any reasons whatsoever. If needed, the applicants will be asked for modifications and presentations of the application/proposal before approval.
