Call for Expression of Interest (EoI): Support in Creating Favorable Policy Environment



BUILDING Energy Efficiency in Nepal (BEEN) is a four-year project with funding support from European Union under its SWITCH-Asia Programme. Universität Innsbruck (Austria) in partnership with MinErgy Private Limited (Nepal), Greentech Knowledge Solutions Pvt Ltd (India) and Asociación Española de Normalización (Spain) is implementing this project with an overall objective to contribute to the development of low-carbon and resource-efficiency in the Nepalese building sector by integrating energy efficiency (EE) and renewable energy (RE) measures in design and construction of new buildings and in retrofitting of existing buildings.

MinErgy Private Limited (MinErgy) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible organizations to provide the following support to BEEN project:

“Support in Creating Favorable Policy Environment”

1. Interested applicants may obtain further information by sending mails at info@beenproject.org or by calling at 01-5421760 or 01-5421317.
2. EOI shall be submitted online through mail before 5:00 PM on 31st July 2024.
3. EOI will be assessed based on experience 50%, qualification of proposed team 40 %, and financial capacity 10 %.
4. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 80

Based on evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit technical and financial proposal through a Request for Proposal (RFP).
