Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Shelter Materials

ASIA – Association for International Solidarity in Asia - international non-governmental organization – is inviting eligible suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of shelter materials. The tender dossier, containing all the necessary details, can be downloaded from this link or can be retrieved physically at ASIA’s office.

The submission deadline is 14th March 2025 at ASIA’s office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu, by 12 noon. The sealed bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same day and bidders are invited to attend the bids opening session. Bids received after the submission deadline will not be considered for evaluation:
