Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Audit Service

CBM Global Nepal Country Office seeks competitive bids from potential firms for leading audit service.

Terms & Conditions

1. The firm must provide a copy of business registration and tax clearance documents
2. The firm must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) as Chartered Accountants firm.
3. The firm must be in operation for a period of at least 5 years. The firm have to demonstrate that it has the capacity, capability, expertise and experience required to undertake the external audit services within required timelines. 
4. The firm have to demonstrate adequate experience in International Non-Government/Humanitarian Organizations.
5. The firm should provide audit methodology, workplan and Curriculum Vitae for the purposed team members along with financial quote.
6. The firm must follow all legal requirements as per the regulations of Government of Nepal.
7. The firm should have experience in audit reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA.)
8. The firm should provide references (minimum two) for similar audits performed within the last five years.
9. Above mentioned documents must be submitted via email. The subject of the email must be “EOI for External Audit Services” and must be send to procurement.nepal@cbm-global.org. The document submission deadline is 19-Nov-2024 by 5:00 PM (Nepal Time). 
10. Term of Reference (TOR) will be provided upon request from the firm. All the requested quires should be sent to procurement.nepal@cbm-global.org
