For Enlistment of Vendors for FY 2025

Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e.V. is one of the largest Non-Governmental Organizations in Germany operating in the field of Humanitarian Assistance and Development. It was established in 1962 as the German section of the “Freedom from Hunger Campaign”, one of the world’s first initiatives aimed at the eradication of hunger. Welthungerhilfe’s work is still dedicated to the following vision: all people have the right to a self-determined life in dignity and justice, free from hunger and poverty.

Welthungerhilfe (WHH) has been operational in Nepal since 2012, and it is currently managing different projects in twelve districts under four thematic areas (sectors): food and nutrition security, WASH, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and right to food and empowerment. WHH works partnership with civil society in Nepal to empower socially marginalized and economically poor citizens, to strengthen their resilience and to ensure their right to adequate food and nutrition through a systems thinking approach.

We invite eligible companies, firms or suppliers to express their interest to be enlisted in our vendor list for the fiscal year 2024 as part of a long-term agreement (LTA) for the following services:

1. Stationeries and Supplies
2. Kitchen Supplies
3. Air Ticketing (Domestic and International)
4. Vehicle Hiring (within valley and across the country)
5. Hotel and Hospitality (Kathmandu Valley, Dhulikhel, Nagarkot, Chitwan, Janakpur, Lumbini, Taulihawa, Surkhet, Bardiya, Nepalgunj )
6. IT equipment (Laptops, Printers, Projectors, Cartridges etc)
7. Printing Services
8. Visibility materials (T-shirt, cap, jackets etc)
9. Online and Newspaper advertising

Please submit your application by completing the Google form provided at the links below submitting the following documents by 26 December 2024, 05:00 PM Nepali time:

• Letter of Interest
• Company registration, VAT Registration, Valid Tax clearance certificate FY 2080/81 
• Similar experience with NGOs/INGOs
