CAD Drafter

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CAD Drafter. The CAD Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. They will collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to produce accurate drawings according to project requirements. The role involves creating floor plans and ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creating accurate floor plans of already built home.
• Modify and apply changes to plans as instructed.
• Communicating issues to relevant departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Level Education in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferable.
• Have to be willing to work in night shifts (US hours).
• Need a high level of computer literacy.
• Need to have proficiency in English.
• Need to be a quick learner.

Salary

$140 - $145 per month. (Non-Negotiable)

Working Hour

• 5 days a week
• Office time: Morning Shift
