What we are Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, Sales, and related field
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills—able to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively.
- A firm understanding of customer-centric marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with international education systems, visa processes, and admission requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
This position is based at our Kathmandu Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Acquisition:
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities for the company.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to expand the company’s client base
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities to increase revenue
- Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain contact with existing clients
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- Prepare presentations, reports and other documents related to business development
- Follow up with clients to ensure that services are being provided as agreed upon
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate events and seminars to promote the company’s services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of events.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the educational consultancy sector.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including performance metrics and future plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
