We are seeking a Business Advisor for one of the reputed Health Care and Clinic for Kathmandu, Baneshwor, involves providing expert advice and strategic guidance to improve the clinic’s performance and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning: Advising on long-term business strategies to help the clinic achieve its goals, such as expanding services, increasing patient numbers, or entering new markets.

Financial Analysis: Evaluating the clinic’s financial health by reviewing revenue, expenses, and profitability. Providing recommendations to optimize financial performance, reduce costs, and enhance revenue streams.

Operational Efficiency: Identifying areas where the clinic can improve its operations, such as patient flow, staff productivity, and resource management. Offering solutions to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Market Analysis: Conducting research to understand the healthcare market in Kathmandu, including patient demographics, competition, and demand for services. Providing insights on how the clinic can position itself effectively in the market.

Regulatory Compliance: Advising on legal and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare in Nepal. Ensuring the clinic meets necessary licensing, accreditation, and health standards to avoid legal issues.

Business Development: Identifying opportunities for growth, such as partnerships with other healthcare providers, expansion of services, or introduction of new medical technologies.

Risk Management: Offering advice on mitigating risks related to healthcare delivery, financial stability, and legal compliance. This includes helping to create contingency plans for potential challenges.

Customer Relations and Service Quality: Providing recommendations to enhance patient satisfaction and improve service quality. Advising on ways to build patient loyalty and trust.
