A leading non-life insurance company is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing team in the marketing department. As a Branch Manager/Marketing Officer, he/she shall play a pivotal role in generating new business, retaining existing clients, identifying client needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels, including direct calls, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance products to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to communicate effectively with clients.
• Guide, inspire, and lead a team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a marketing officer in the non-life insurance industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
