Details & Requirements:

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Attitudes:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Air Ticketing with proficiency in GDS systems such as Sabre and Amadeus.
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Effective communication, interaction, and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with ticket office workflow processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
• Fluency in both Nepali and English, with strong proficiency in English writing, speaking, and listening.
• Proactive communicator with internal teams, service providers, and trade partners.
• A team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Problem-solving and forward-thinking approach focused on client satisfaction.
• Commitment to adapt to the company’s evolving environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries regarding schedules, availability, procedures, and policies.
• Offer clients various travel options and demonstrate solutions to meet their needs.
• Generate creative ideas to help achieve sales targets.
• Arrange reservations and book tickets as required.
• Plan routes and calculate ticket costs.
• Manage and update ticket information and databases.
• Confirm space availability for requested travel dates.
• Notify customers of travel changes and confirm reservations.
• Assist customers with preparing necessary travel documents.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.
• Follow up with airlines regarding refunds and ticket adjustments.
• Stay updated on all ticketing-related events, services, and procedures.
