Ltd is a consulting firm that provides independent expertise in Engineering and Legal related areas, especially for the settlement of disputes and construction contract management to the construction industries (Contractors, Consultants and Employers) at the national and/or multinational level.

General Requirements:

1. Interested in the Field of Construction Lawyer.
2. Fluency in English and command in MS Word, Excel & Power Point software.
3. At least 1+ year non-internship professional experience.
4. Experience with English & Nepali typescript.
5. Clear Communicator and educator- ability to Communicate with team members.
6. Leadership abilities to monitor and supervise a group of Employees.
7. Interested to work in Nepal.
8. Self-motivated and self-directed; Fast learner.
9. Strong English/Nepali Communication and documentation skills.
10. Passion to team work and collaboration.

Special Preferences:

1. Fluent in English Writing.
2. Masters in Law.
3. Interested in Adjudication, Arbitration, Meditation, Litigation and Contract Management.
4. Knowledge of Legal Drafting, Application, Writ, Petition, Appeal, Statement of Claim, Defense, Rejoinder and Analysis and interpretation of contract.
