Course Inquiry and Counseling

  1. Provide genuine information regarding the course options available to all prospective students

Student Enrollment and Registration:

  1. Greeting prospective students and providing information about culinary programs.
  2. Assisting students with the enrollment process and ensuring all required documents are submitted.

Course Information and Guidance:

  1. Providing detailed information about culinary courses, curriculum, and program requirements.
  2. Offering guidance to students on course selection based on their career goals and interests.

Student Services:

  1. Managing student inquiries and concerns, providing assistance, and directing them to the appropriate resources.
  2. Coordinating student orientation programs to familiarize new students with the school's facilities and policies.

Communication:

  1. Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with students, parents, and external parties.
  2. Disseminating important information to students, such as announcements, events, and policy updates.

Resource Management:

  1. Overseeing the distribution and tracking of culinary equipment, textbooks, and other learning materials.
  2. Coordinating with other departments to ensure resources are available and in good condition.

Student Records:

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance and academic performance.

Event Coordination:

Qualifications and skills required:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field (preferred).
