Details / requirements:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mid-Level Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Provide support to senior management and other staff members as needed.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up to date records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- 2 Wheeler and license mandatory
