Confederation of Bagmati Province Industries (CBPI), established in 2077 is dedicated to fostering the industrial development of the Bagmati Province. CBPI has signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the MoSD and ENSSURE project. The project aimed at contributing to Nepal’s on going Technical and Vocational Education and Training(TVET) sector federalization process and supports the Provincial and Local Governments in Implementing 24-month Pre –Diploma Level Dual Vet –Apprenticeship Program,1696 hours of Level -2 training with On-the –Job Training (OJT) and Short –Term Skill Upgrading Training. The goal is to better address employer’s requirement and workers’ aspirations. In this context, CBPI is seeking applications from interested and qualified Nepali citizens and committed to delivering results for the following position.

Post: Admin /Finance Officer (1 Nos.)

Contract Period: Four months contract after one month’s probation period (Possibility of extension)

Location: Confederation of Bagmati Province Industries, Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City-4, Huprachaur, Makwanpur

Education /Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Management/Finance/Account subject with at least 2 year’s working experience.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Nepali is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge in designing (especially in Photoshop, PageMaker)
  • Two wheeler driving license and have own vehicle
  • Preference will be given to Local candidates.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Provide logistic support in procurement of office equipment during the setting up of Skill Development Unit (SDU).
  • Maintain record of expenses related to the private sector engagement project activities.
  • Prepare financial report of the project activities implemented through CBPI.
  • Track record of assets, office equipment.
  • Travel management and book hotels.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and create presentations.
  • Maintain relationships with industries, training providers and government agencies.
  • handling telephone calls, and inputting data in system.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Facilitate in field visit plan and settle the periderm, travel and communication allowances.
  • Maintain the leave record of the project staffs.
  • Support in developing performance appraisal system and ensure proper documentation.
  • Fulfill the other obligation related to admin and finance expected by ENSSURE II, PSU.
  • Perform other Project related tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Handling social medias like face book, Instagram, and X etc.
