Job Specifcation

Education Level:  Bachelor

Experience Required: More than 2 year

Other Specifcation

  • At least Bachelor's degree with specialization in Account or Finance or related feld.
  • Good Knowledge of corporate taxes: Service Tax, Income Tax – Corporate and Staf, Professional Tax, Tax Deducted at Source.
  • Adapt computer skills and profciency using programs like google docs/spreadsheet
  • Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
  • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous fnancial records for a company
  • Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company's records and invoices
  • Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices and payments at various stages of execution
  • Excellent efciency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Should have mathematical and calculations skills
  • Profciency in TALLY
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Description

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients.
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
  • Writing letters and emails on behalf
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Schedule and coordinate staf and other meetings
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
  • Create and maintain fling systems, both electronic and physical
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
  • Payment voucher preparation
  • Preparing of daily cash & bank transaction report
  • Making entries of sales and purchase of goods as well as making entries in purchase and sales register
  • Maintain proper Book keeping, stock reports
  • Preparation of supporting documents & Vouchers.
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
  • Daily Cash position
  • Preparing plan for monthly cash fow and reporting to senior.
  • Preparation and fling of monthly VAT reports and Annual tax returns.
  • Preparation of TDS statement and Submission of ETDS to Inland Revenue Ofce.
  • Update fling of all payment vouchers, receipts, sales invoice and maintaining up-to-date fles for all accounts correspondence.
  • Preparation of Final Accounts (Proft & Loss Account and Balance Sheet)
  • Other duties as assigned
