Pravasi Nepali Coordination Committee (PNCC) is a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental social organization that protects and promotes Nepali migrant workers' rights. It has been one of the leading organizations in Nepal working in the migration sector for the past 14 years. PNCC invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the positions below for immediate appointments.
Position: Admin and Finance Officer (Kathmandu Based, 70%, Part Time)
Required No: 1
Required Competencies:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business study or administrative or equivalent,
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position in accounts management
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software (FAMAS)
Major Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping, record maintaining, processing bills, vouchers and other accounting documents, preparation of bank reconciliation statements, ETDS, grant reconciliation,
- Human resources management-related tasks include maintaining personnel files, payroll records, and other HRM-related activities and administrative tasks.
- Dealing with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders such as banks, Tax offices, social security funds, etc.
- Assisting in filing returns and applications to different authorities for the review and renewal of the organization.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual budgets, as per organizational requirements and reporting to different authorities within and outside the organization,
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual reports, generate and submit related vouchers and supporting documents, and report to the donor as per the grant agreement.
- Fund requests and other correspondence with donors regarding financial matters.
- Coordinating with the statutory and internal auditors as well as other monitoring and auditing organizations,
- Directly report to the Project Coordinator, Executive Director, and EC members as required.

- Service Duration for the Position: 1 year with the possibility of extension.
