Vu Devi Services is a business process outsourcing company established in 2013. It has been working to serve its foreign clients in the field of medical report writing. The company currently has 44core staffs that includes a team of medical data processors, medical doctors, physiotherapists, nurse and pharmacists. Since most of our work is done on a real time to serve our overseas clients, out staffs normally works from home. We only have 5 days a week work schedule and most of our work is done online during night time (Nepali time). We encourage team work and value internationally accepted work principles.

We have currently two Job vacancies. 

1) Team lead (operation managements):  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage the daily activities of the operations team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Process Implementation: Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.

  • Training and Development: Oversee training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.

  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on team activities, successes, and challenges to senior management.

  • Customer Service: Model best practices in customer service and emphasize its importance within the team.

Requirements:

  • Education:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools.

  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.


    2) HR Manager 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • HR Department Leadership: Lead and manage the HR team, providing direction and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.

    • Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and comply with legal standards.

    • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified candidates.

    • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters, fostering a supportive workplace culture.

    • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and identify development needs.

    • Training and Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

    • Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to motivate and retain employees.

    • Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

    • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the HR department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Experience: Several years of proven experience in HR management, with a track record of strategic HR leadership.

    • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading HR initiatives.

    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
