Vu Devi Services is a business process outsourcing company established in 2013. It has been working to serve its foreign clients in the field of medical report writing. The company currently has 44core staffs that includes a team of medical data processors, medical doctors, physiotherapists, nurse and pharmacists. Since most of our work is done on a real time to serve our overseas clients, out staffs normally works from home. We only have 5 days a week work schedule and most of our work is done online during night time (Nepali time). We encourage team work and value internationally accepted work principles.

1) Team lead (operation managements):
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Lead and manage the daily activities of the operations team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Process Implementation: Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
Training and Development: Oversee training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on team activities, successes, and challenges to senior management.
Customer Service: Model best practices in customer service and emphasize its importance within the team.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
2) HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to motivate and retain employees.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
