Project Development Officer/ Health Supervisor/ ANM

PHASE Nepal is a not for profit, non  governmental, not political organization established in 2006 by a group of development professionals dedicated to support poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. For the last 10 years PHASE Nepal has been implementing Health, Education and Livelihoods improvement programmes in Humla, Bajura, Mugu, Gorkha, Sindhupalchok and Kavrepalanchok districts with funding from PHASE Worldwide UK, PHASE Austria, City of Vienna-Austria, NTTI USA, Lindsay Cooper Singapore, Hrothgar Investment Limited Singapore, Global Giving USA, Global Giving UK, Innocent Foundation UK, Guernsey Foundation UK, DFID UK through PHASE Worldwide, Big Lottery Fund UK through PHASE Worldwide, Austrian Development Agency through Eco Himal and other individuals and organizations from different countries. Currently PHASE has over 135 staff working for different projects. 

PHASE Nepal is currently looking for experienced candidates for the following positions:

1. Position:  Project Development Officer                 

Duration: Fixed Term   

Duty Station: Kathmandu (70% visit to field areas - Sindhupalchok)                   

Qualification & Experiences: At least Bachelor's degree in rural development or social science (Preferably Master's degree in relevant field).Minimum 2 years of working experience in remote development projects areas. Should have excellent command in both spoken and written English language with documentation and reporting skill.

Salary: NPR. 40,000 - 45,000 /-

2. Position: Health Supervisor – 2

Duration: Fixed Term

Duty Station: In any four of PHASE working districts (Should be willing to travel any                                PHASE project areas.)

Qualification & Experiences: Should have completed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse Degree with at least 2 years of working experience of handling similar responsibilities. Must have good command in English and Nepali language with knowledge of Microsoft office packages and reporting skills.

Salary: 25,000- 30,000

3. Position: ANM - 2

Duration: Fixed Term

Duty Station: Mugu and Sindhupalchok

Qualification: At least ANM passed with 2 years' working experience in community health    programs. (Candidates who have worked independently in government sub-health-posts or independently running sub-health post are given high priority.) 

Salary: NPR. 20,000- 30,000 /-
