Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors in Computer Science Or Information Technology
- Training courses in networking field is preferred
- Past experience in related field will be added advantage however, fresher can apply
Job Description
- Hardware software Customer support
- Taking backup of windows, outlook data, and restore
- Should have knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Should have knowledge how to setup cabled or WiFi LAN, Cabling configuration
- Able to do onsite troubleshooting of hardware and software on LAN environment.
- Must have two wheeler
Job Specification
- Have good knowledge about all CISCO products.
- Familiarity with SNMP, TCP/LP, OSI Model.
- Have a good knowledge of Hardware and Networking.
- In depth knowledge in Mikrotik RouterOS, Linux.
- Having good knowledge of all kinds of network related products.
- Wireless backhaul configuration.
- RHCE Certified/MTCNA / MTCRE / CCNA certification will be added advantage.
